As exemplified by the recent acceleration in quantum computer research and development, quantum science and technology hold the potential to become a game-changer that will support the R&D of various scientific fields over the coming decades. With numerous national strategic initiatives currently underway, there is a strong demand to enhance research and human resource development in these related areas. To advance quantum information science and technology, it is essential to create a new paradigm by integrating quantum science with fields such as physics, informatics, mathematics, chemistry, materials science, cosmology, and life sciences. Consequently, cultivating international talent within these interdisciplinary fields is a necessity.

Our mission is to develop researchers with advanced expertise and profound academic experience. We aim to nurture the next generation of leaders—young researchers capable of pioneering new frontiers, conducting world-changing research, and spearheading the future of quantum information science.
